- ?What is the expected Commission I should offer to a Buyer's Agent?
- That is completely up to you as the seller. The most common rate sellers offer a buyer's agent is 3%. Some sellers offer more than 3%; some offer less.
- ?How long does my property stay active on the MLS and realtor.com?
- Your property will stay active until it sells. You also reserve the right to terminate your listing at any time and be removed from MLS.
- ?What if I want to terminate my listing and have it removed from MLS?
- Not a problem. You reserve the right to terminate your listing at any time and ask to be removed from MLS.
- ?If I list more than 1 property, do I get a discount?
- Yes. We do have programs set-up for multiple property listings and you will receive a discount. Certain criteria does have to be met to qualify for the discount, but we do want to reward our sellers who give us multiple properties to list.
- ?What Florida Counties can you list properties?
- Currently, we can list property anywhere from North Pinellas County down to South Charlotte County. Properties located in Hillsboro County, Sarasota County, Manatee County, North Port, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Venice, and Englewood are definitely areas where we can Flat Fee Listings.
